The most common factors that serve to increase the susceptibility are poverty, hunger, trauma, and poor access to healthcare departments. 85% of the population belongs to these countries do not receive treatment of mental disorders as claimed by the report of the world health organization. The second-highest Cause of death among 15-29 years old is a mental illness, that’s why mental health is an important factor to consider in this article.

Importance of mental health,

Mental health is fundamental to live a balanced and healthy life. Mental health encircles our social, physiological, and emotional well-being; that is why mental health is important. Mental health is strongly related to the way we think, behave, and how we feel. It is crucial to cope with stress and how we deal with people during our social interactions. You can take care of your mental health by learning about growing aggressive symptoms. Early intervention can help in reducing the severity of illness.

Strong linkage between mental and emotional health,

Mental health is important because it has a significant influence on our thoughts. Being healthy can promote your creativity and productivity skills during working. It plays a vital role in building a healthy relationship and handling adversity in someone's life. According to the report of the National Alliance of Mental Health (NIMH), one in five Americans faces mental health issues. It accounts for a total of more than forty million adults in a year. Moreover, only fifty percent of the total youth receive the medical care they need.

How mental health affects physical health?

Some people have to face different upgraded mental disorders with time if they do not visit a psychiatrist on time. Taking care of mental health Is too important to avoid anxiety, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, and personality disorders. Individuals with the most significant levels of self-appraised trouble (contrasted with least paces of pain) were 32% bound to have passed on from cancer. Depression is strongly associated with an expanded danger of coronary heart diseases. That’s why mental health is an important issue to be addressed entirely by healthcare workers.

Warning sign of mental illness,

Primary dysfunctional disorders, for example, schizophrenia or bipolar issue, show up "out of nowhere." Most regularly family, companions, instructors or people themselves start to perceive little changes in a person.  An inclination that "something isn't exactly right" about their reasoning is an indication.

Complication associated with mental illness.

The most leading cause of disability now a days are mental illness. Severe complications like emotional, physical, and behavioral problems are related to untreated mental illness. Mental health is very important to avoid

  • Social isolation
  • Family conflicts
  • Self-harm including suicidal thoughts
  • Financial problems
  • Heart disease

Parity importance of mental health

Although mental illness is common nowadays, a significant stigma is still attached to it that creates reluctance and shame in asking for medical care. According to my consideration, mental health is like physical illness because the whole body is interwoven. The brain is also an organ inside the body, just like everyone else, and it can be hurt. When the brain is ill, it will affect the whole body, so mental health is very important to keep you physically secure in that sense. People will gain the courage to get help if mental illness is treated equally to any physical illness.
